*Remarks:*	Not sure if this is a real 2^nd edition 1915, or part of a special set of manuals for the Naval Militia. theory #1 A 1913 act basically instructed the Navy to support the Naval Militia. Almost all of the maritime states and those with large lakes and rivers had a Militia. It is assumed the 1914 BJM was the 1^st Edition Naval Militia BJM, (no edition on the title page), and this 1915 was printed as the 2^nd Edition Naval Militia BJM. The actual 1915 BJM was printed with the 3^rd edition on the title page. theory #2 This was an early printing 1915 with the 2^nd edition printed on the title page and was followed later in the year by the 3^rd edition. The down side of this theory is that the 1914 2^nd edition predecessor didn't have an edition printed on the title page.
