From the research provided conducted by Chief Tucker,"The Recruit's Handy Book" was apparently published through 1917. It also seems that in 1921 LCDR Richard Wainwright, Jr. and CDR M. F. Draemel revised and published "The Recruit's Handy Book" as "The Seaman's Hand Book". There was nothing listed past that date.
